UK 1st class Recorded Delivery. Special delivery Next Day Insured: £4.99 - In most cases we try to ship by return for products we have in stock. However, please allow 5 working days for delivery or in circumstances beyond our control longer as product might be out of stock at our suppliers. Bespoke or personalised items, supply and delivery subject to negotiation.
EU 1st class Airmail or Airsure Insured: £10.99 - Royal Mail 1st class Airmail or Airsure. Please allow 10 days for EU delivery.
Worldwide Airsure or International Signed-For Insured: £14.99 - Worldwide is Airsure or International Signed For. Please allow 14 days for Worldwide.

Availability: If a product is out-of-stock we will try to contact you immediately by email or telephone if you have provided the details, to arrange an appropriate replacement or refund. Any ”Special Offers” if applicable are subject to availability. With regards to limited editions, they are “limited “ in quantity and style and design, not be repeated or remanufactured in that specific limited edition.

Postage and returns: It is the customers responsibility to select the correct shipping zone and apply the correct postage charge to their order If the postage price on an order is incorrect we will contact the customer and make the necessary corrections. Customers who wish to return all of their order or part of a multiple order must notify Teddy Bears Torbay within 7 days of receipt Unsealed products returned will be refunded in full. Should products when opened by the customer be found to be damaged or imperfect or as ordered, customers must notify Teddy Bears Torbay within 3 working days. Products returned will be refunded in full.
All products delivered to customers using carriers as well as Royal Mail postal services must when required be signed for on receipt by the addressee or their agent. Any external damage to packaging must be notified and registered with the carrier at time of signature and notified to Teddy Bears Torbay within 3 working days of receipt. All products are despatched by Teddy Bears Torbay or their agents in mint condition. Teddy Bears Torbay cannot be held responsible for compensation or replacement of damaged products, or to compensate or replace products on behalf of the carrier. Terms and conditions will apply. Products returned will on receipt be replaced or refunded in full. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that the products returned to Teddy Bears Torbay in mint condition and complete with original tags and/or manufactures booklets/labels.
